When ?
The event is free for every visitors while the public opening hours.
The contestors can access to the stands while the event, all day long, by presenting the bracelet they will receive at their check-in on Wednesday.
Teams welcomings
- Teams are welcomed from 9am on the 8th of May.
- We advise Eurobot teams to be present from wednesday the 8th, from evening, to saturday the 11th.
- Robot approval will begin on Wednesday the 8th at 12 am.
- The first round of matches will begin on Thursday the 9th at 9 am

The access outside the public entrance hours are controlled by a bracelet that will be given to your team members at your check-in.
Eurobot matchs will take place from Thursday to Saturday. We advise once again the teams to be on place wednesday to be homologated before the first match series on Thursday.
Eurobot Final will take place on Saturday 11th.
