The event is free for all visitors during public hours. Participants can access the stands during all the duration of the event 24h/ 24 on presentation of the bracelet that was given to them when they registered on Wednesday.

Eurobot matches take place from Thursday to Saturday. Teams are advised to arrive early on Wednesday in order to be able to register for the first round of matches that take place on Thursday morning.
The final will take place on Saturday, May 31.

The organizing team offers you to book accommodation in La Roche-sur-Yon, within the boarding schools of the city.

The Code-bar offers cold meals for 6 €.
Composition: Sandwich or quiche (within available stocks) + drink + fruit or pack of chips.
Groups that show up at the snack bar without pre-order will be dependent on stocks.

Composition: Chocolate bread + coffee or tea or orange juice.
Groups that show up at the snack bar without pre-order will be dependent on stocks.
The Restau-bot offers hot meals for 8 €.
Composition: Starter + main course + dessert.
Groups who show up without pre-order at the restaurant will be refused.
Attention, on Friday night there will be no restaurant because there will be the Team barbecue. You can still book coldmeal at the bar for this evening.
