Suggestion: add a bonus for buldings "wholly within" build areas

The current rules allow to build very ackward castle. If this may help low/mid teams, it won't be very nice on the final tables.

A suggestion would be to add a "bonus Px points" for walls/towers/gate that are WHOLLY WITHIN the build area (hence preventing ugly castles).

No, we want to let the teams build there castel as they want. If they optimize the building to save time, its a good point for them
