Underneath question is wether the Graal IS a SIMA, or if it FOLLOWS the SIMA rules.

RAW: it would be no.

RAI: sometimes in passed years this kind of ruling meant ok.

Good afternoon

Yes the Grail, as other SIMA, can carry and launch a cannonball.

Welcome to Eurobot FAQ, where you can ask questions and receive answers from the referees.

A question lacking politeness (hello, thank you) will not receive a response.

Before asking a question

Have you read the rules correctly?
In full?
Have you checked that your question has not already been asked? (and therefore answered?)
