Hi!
The SIMAs do not even have to be in a pantry to be considered eating (they brought snacks :p)
Source: E.5.b "[...] The SIMA don’t have to be in zone to validate this point [eating]."

Hi,
The "lunch time" action contains actually 2 different and independent actions : eating (=moving an actuator) and occupying a pantry. Eating can be done everywhere, even in the nest.
