Akward constructions vs akward PAMIs, what's happening.

If someone build this, and a PAMI bump and break the castle when going to the moat.
What's happening ?

Is the PAMI getting a penalty ? It should because it broke the Castle. But the Castle is extreme (while being legit).

Does the builder take a penalty while building a legit construct ?

(question is serious, it's not just about annoying, If I were the referee, I would not be able to decide)

My best idea would be to forbid buildings to be in moat

Your pami should detect what's in front of him and should stop before hitting the wall, so it's entirely on the PAMI fault.

@Geoffroy I disagree, as the SIMAs/PAMIs should attack the other PAMIs/SIMAs, and they are the say size as the walls
