Blocks or robot first?

Hello, I have a question regarding the placement of blocks during the match. Will the judges place the blocks on the table first, or will they ask the competitors to place their robots first?

If table is prepared before, then you may (reasonably) temporarily move items to setup your system.

But as the opponent team may request objets changes after you are prepared and because nothing prevent the referee from doing so, you should not count on the fact that the table is installed.

For instance do not take a picture with the robot during your preparation sequence. If you want something similar, then take picture periodically every 5s, and then use the last treated one when start cord is unpluged.

Hello Jukela,

You cannot rely on the position of the game pieces at the time of installation. The playing elements may be positioned before your installation, but it will depend on local organisation.
