SIMA pantry vertical projection

Hello, I have a question regarding this rule. Section E.5 states that SIMAs are only valid if they are fully or partially inside the pantry. Can an actuator be used to move a mechanism over the blocks? Would that count as being partially inside, or does the SIMA have to physically touch the pantry ground for it to count?

Touching is not necessary. If some part of the SIMA is permanently above the pantry at the end of the match it counts

Only the vertical projection of the SIMA is necessary inside the zone to valid the action. You dont need to touch it.
