Is my third floor good for homologation or my emergency button isn't enough accessible ?

I have attached a picture of the top of my robot (dessus_robot.jpeg).

I would like to know if I can keep the third level as it is, or if I need to modify it in order for it to be homologated. Is it safe for the referee in its current form? Is the emergency button enough accessible ?

Also, can the cables remain as they are, or do they need to be secured or removed? Same for the camera cable ?

Finally, is the end of the arm at the front acceptable as it is, or could it be considered too dangerous for the referee even if we have had a cover in plastic.
