Hi all,

I just wanted to ask for a quick clarification regarding the official Version 1.4 of the Eurobot General Rules.

It states that a SIMA must be larger than an 80 mm diameter cylinder and have a minimum height of 150 mm. However, in the three bullet points below, it states that a SIMA can be deployed within the limit at a height of 175 mm.

If this is the case, the minimum height is 150 mm, and the maximum deployed height is 175 mm. What, then, is the maximum non-deployed height?

Could this be a typo, and should it instead state that the minimum height is 80 mm, derived from the cylinder dimensions, and that 150 mm is the maximum non-deployed height?

If this is not a typo, does it also mean that the Grail must have a minimum height of 150 mm, since this rule is inherited from the SIMA requirements? In the game rules, it states that the Grail should have a minimum cube side length of 60 mm, so we would assume that its height should also be at least 60 mm.

I apologise if there is any confusion on our part, but I just wanted to clarify these points.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
GK
