Can grail has actuator or other motor like things?

Hello,

In the rule, it says that the grail has most of the same construction constraint like SIMA, so can we consider it as a sima with a minimum size constraint, and makes it can move automatically?

the rules says :"The Grail must comply with the same construction constraints as a SIMA, except for the minimum size, the Grail must be larger than a 60 mm side cube", so we consider it as a SIMA, and yes it can move.

Technically it MUST move as required by F.7 of general rules "but the SIMA must be able to move by itself".
