The question about shooting the foam balls

Hello,

Could we put all the foam balls into a capsule, launch it toward the enemy base, and have it open up inside so the balls spill out? And if so, does the capsule have to open up inside—or could the balls simply remain packed within the sealed capsule once it reaches the enemy base?

Pretty sure it would exceed the robot's paremeter, or count as a loose piece, which is not legal

You have the constraint of the maximal perimeters.

With this kind of mechanism, you will exced this perimeters limit and you receved a penalty.
