Hi everyonn,

I am the supervisor of Clevers Robotics Team from Libya (Non-NOC). We are already registered and very excited to participate this year.

Our main concern is the Schengen Visa process, which takes a significant amount of time in our country. We noticed that registration fees open in April, but waiting until then for an official Invitation Letter might cause us to miss the competition due to visa delays.

Is there a way to obtain a "Conditional Invitation Letter" or a "Registration Confirmation" earlier? We want to ensure that our team has enough time to handle the logistics and represent Libya's potential in robotics.

Any guidance on who to contact or how to expedite this would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Hi,
It should be possible. The last time someone had a similar request, the answer was to send an email to coupe@planete-sciences.org
Best regards,
Victor

Welcome to Eurobot FAQ, where you can ask questions and receive answers from the referees.

Avant de poser une question

Avez-vous bien lu le règlement ?
En entier ?
Avez-vous vérifié que votre question n'a pas déjà été posée ? (et donc répondue ? )

Before asking a question

Have you read the rules correctly?
In full?
