Hello, since we have more than three teams in our country, we are confused that how to create a NOC. We have the following questions, hopes to get the information soon, thanks!

.What are the requirements and eligibility criteria for an organization to become a Eurobot NOC? For example, does the organization need to be a registered association, university, non-profit organization, or another type of legal entity?

.What is the application process for obtaining the Eurobot Label and becoming a NOC? What documents, certifications, organizational information, or other materials would need to be submitted?

.What is the expected timeline for the NOC application and certification process? In particular, when should an organization apply if it wishes to organize a national qualification event for the following Eurobot season?

.Can an existing robotics-related association or organization in Taiwan apply for the Eurobot Label and organize the national qualification event? Alternatively, could a university team or university-affiliated organization, such as National Tsing Hua University, apply to become the NOC?

.If National Tsing Hua University would like to take the initiative in establishing a NOC for Taiwan, what specific conditions would we need to fulfill, and what would be the recommended procedure for starting the application?

.Regarding the national qualification event, what are the requirements for organizing such an event? For example, are there requirements concerning the competition venue, referees, robot homologation, equipment, safety, staffing, schedule, or other organizational matters?

.If Taiwan has more than three teams but does not yet have an officially recognized NOC, what is the procedure for determining which teams can participate in the international finals? Is there a temporary qualification mechanism or an alternative arrangement that can be used before a NOC is established?

.Finally, are there any specific deadlines, certificates, training requirements, or other qualifications that the future NOC organizers or referees would need to obtain before being authorized to organize an official national qualification event?

Finally, thank you for the reading and your answer!
