E.1.B: Does taking elements in opponent courtyard be considered as stealing ?

The last bullet point define stealing as taking stones from opponent "castle". What is the "castle"  ?

A) - The stones layed on the (4) Ramparts area ?
B) - Any stone in the Ramparts(4)  + Courtyard (2) ?

That implies what a stealable stone is. Can a robot take an element which is entirely in the opponent courtyard castle ? (typically the 3 deposited stones allowed as a storage)
