Avoidance ontop of nut package

If a PAMI stays on top of a nut package (typically the ninja that would have pushed the nuts in the area close to the border), and the nut package is pushed away (without touching the PAMI), is it an avoidance infraction ?

Good evening,

The contact between a robot and a PAMI is tolerated, and depending on the refere jugement during the match. 'see F.6. of general rule for more information)
