E.2.B: Does the emergency stop count in the 43cm max height for graal ?

Hello,

E.2.B: allows the graal to reach a 43cm height in the construction area. Does this limit count the emergency stop button ? Note that the Graal is 10cm tall at minimum, and should be rised to >30cm so it leaves 3cm for the emergency stop button + manipulation margins.
