F.8 - Changing color of SIMA

Question

The general rules says: "SIMA have a part that changes color, this part must be sufficiently visible to be seen from the audience with the strong lighting of the stage, regardless of the orientation of the SIMA"

Does that mean that during the match the SIMA need to be able to change its color?

Does that mean that during the preparation time, the team should be able to modify the SIMA color?

Its mean thaht the team should be able to change the SIMA color before the match to help the referees and the public to identify the SIMA on the table during the match.
