can the banner be higher than the emergency button at the start of the game. When the game start our banner will be slightly (like 1 centimeter) over the emergency button without disturbing it. Thanks of the reply :)

Not an official answer:
Is it over the button (problem), of just higher and in another place (maybe not a problem)?
The best is probably to send a picture so the referees can have a better idea of the situation, but please avoid any obstacle to pressing the emergency button

Good afternoon
The heigh limitation are:
-375 mm for the emergency button, without any obstacle over it
-430 mm for the beacon mat
-350 mm for all the rest of the robot, actuator, banner...
