Hello,

the rules say „ A SIMA must have a area of 30 x 30mm for the stand number tag.“

- what is the stand number tag?

- out of which material is it made?

- how thick is it?

- does the area for it need to be flat or is it possible to put it on a curved surface, e.g. along the perimeter of a cylindrical shape?

Thank you in advance!

Not an official answer:

It is a sticker, with the stand number printed on. The stand number is used to find the stand of the team in the building and known which team the robot belongs to.
The sticker has to be legible.

I do not think that is would be an issue to put it on a cylindrical shape, if the curvature is big enough. On a sphere or other weird surface that would be problematic. But that is just my opinion, you should wait for an official answer

Good evening,

The stand number tag for the SIMA are simple printed sticker, like you have on your robot. The aim is to know from which team come the SIMA in case of missing SIMA on table or on homologation (and yes we aready have the case).

You can put it everywhere you want on the SIMA (and yes you can put in under the SIMA), it must be readable, and not damage if you open the SIMA.
