Can the emergency button be slightly overlapped with something?

As the title suggests, our emergency button will be partially overlapped by something else. However, the overlap is minimal, and the button will still be easily accessible. Is that legal?

Good morning,

The emergency button must be free of any obstacles, we dont wont to see a refere to hurt the robot or injure himself by press the button to quikly.

So no, it's not possible to partially overlapped the button with something else.
