Logistical information (lodging)

The German organization committee will support free of charge up to 3 people full board (catering and accommodation) per team for the all duration of the contest. The extra people will be at the expense of the teams.
The transportation costs of the teams from their country to Heidelberg and return are at the team expenses.

All practical information is stated in the logistic document. The questionnaire must be sent back to the organization before the 15th of April.

Teams' accommodation: sports halls and youth hostel

Teams are accomodated in the gymnasium close to the contest area (5 minutes) or in the Youth Hostel (20 minutes) Camp bed are partially available there. The gymnasium is equipped with toilets and communal showers. Don't forget to bring your sleeping bags, air mattress and towels.

Other accommodation:

If you want to use other solution than the sports halls or Youth Hostel, you can book a hotel through the logistic EUROBOT team in Heidelberg.

 

Meals:

The organization pays for the meals of 3 people per team. The additional persons will benefit from preferential prices.
