Logistical information (meals/lodging/access)

The French Organization Committee will support free of charge up to 4 people full board (catering and accommodation) per team for the all duration of the contest. The extra people will be at the expense of the teams.

The transportation costs of the teams from their country to La Ferté-Bernard are at the team expenses.

Due to the high number of teams and an exceptional motor racing contest in the area, we will be able to accommodate only 6 people per team, until we get all the questionnaires of the teams. For additional people, you will have to contact us after the 30th April, to ask for the remaining available places.

All practical informations are stated in the logistic document. The questionnaire must be sent back to the organization before the 15th of April.

Download the logistic document: zipped doc format.

Teams' accommodation : dormitories

Teams coming with public transportation (plane, bus, train) are accomodated in the large dormitory installed in the gymnasium close to the contest area (50m). Camp bed are available there. The gymnasium is equiped with toilets and communal showers.

Teams coming with their cars or bus are accomodated in smaller dormitories in rural houses at 4km from La Ferté-Bernard.
